The company is seeking to recruit Sales Account Managers for its Dar es Salaam Head Office. The successful candidates will work independently to generate new sales in the Enterprise and SME segments, under the supervision of the Head of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in the Enterprise and SME markets.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable Internet and Data Connectivity solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed sales records and prepare regular reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of selling Internet and Data Connectivity Services.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Enterprise and SME Sales.
- Strong business and social networks with proven relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office) applications.
- Must possess a personal laptop for sales and reporting activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
