Available Positions:
- Mathematics Teacher – with experience in Learning Support within the IGCSE Curriculum
- Kiswahili and Humanities Teacher – with experience in IGCSE Curriculum
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment that supports effective teaching and learning.
- Set clear objectives and challenge students to achieve their learning goals and full potential.
- Ensure students achieve high academic standards and demonstrate continuous improvement.
- Plan lessons and materials based on students’ abilities, knowledge levels, and learning needs.
- Apply diverse teaching methods and strategies to enhance learning efficiency and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback for growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education from a reputable, accredited university.
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a similar subject within an IGCSE curriculum at an international school.
- Solid understanding and experience in curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of 21st-century education practices and strategies to raise student achievement.
- Proven ability in school improvement planning and self-evaluation frameworks.
