To develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies for prepaid products (Voice, Data, SMS, and FWA) and services to maximize profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. The role also involves driving growth, engagement, and retention within Youth and High Value Customer (HVC) segments by creating targeted strategies, offers, and experiences that meet their unique needs and behaviors.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Define and implement pricing strategies to ensure product profitability and market competitiveness.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer usage patterns to guide pricing decisions and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Define and create value propositions for Youth and High Value Customer segments and drive the acceleration of initiatives across all regions.
- Monitor commercial performance indicators including revenue, customer growth, usage, market share, and segment (Youth and HVC) performance.
- Design and evaluate business impact assessments and revenue projections for all initiatives.
- Recommend strategic initiatives and product improvements based on business goals, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer care, and regional teams to align market positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and pricing analytical tools
- Effective people and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Technical / Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Telecommunications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pricing, finance, segment management, or product management (telecom industry experience preferred)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in pricing, forecasting, business case development, and proficiency in Excel
