To manage and coordinate the development, implementation, and performance of the company’s Voice, Data, SMS, and Prepaid Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) product portfolios. This role ensures profitability, market competitiveness, and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous innovation.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily KPIs for Voice, Data, and SMS including revenue, customer base, traffic, PPMB, PPM, ARPU, and customer market share.
  • Oversee execution of end-to-end campaigns across Voice, SMS, and Data including MPS design, UAT, CXJ, product communication, post-launch monitoring, and documentation.
  • Participate in the conceptualization, design, implementation, launch, and management of voice, data, and SMS products as per the business roadmap.
  • Identify market trends and competitive products to evaluate opportunities and risks, defining propositions and promotions that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Closely monitor Voice, Data, and SMS Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to assess customer satisfaction and advocacy.
  • Define customer insights, target audiences, market opportunities, and propositions to drive NPS, revenue, and market share growth.
  • Support Prepaid FWA product innovation, lifecycle management, customer retention, and user experience enhancement.

  • Data analysis and business intelligence
  • Documentation (MPS, CXJ, UAT, and business cases)
  • Product and segment proposition strategy and lifecycle management
  • Customer-centric product innovation
  • Teamwork and stakeholder management

Technical / Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management, preferably in telecom or technology sectors
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing, forecasting, and business case development
