Role Purpose
The Digital & VAS Product Specialist will lead the design, development, and management of innovative digital and telecom value-added services (VAS). This role is ideal for a commercially driven, tech-savvy professional passionate about digital innovation and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital and VAS product roadmaps.
- Drive revenue growth and customer engagement through product innovation.
- Manage partnerships with content and technology providers.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless customer adoption.
- Oversee product quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in product development, software QA, or systems analysis.
- Strong understanding of telecom technologies, digital platforms, and agile methodologies.
- Experience in stakeholder management, project execution, and customer-centric design.
- Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) certification is an added advantage.
