POSITION: Finance Officer (1 Post)
Location: Dar es Salaam

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a qualified, motivated, and results-oriented Finance Officer to join our team.
Position Overview
The Finance Officer will manage the company’s day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, prepare financial reports, and support management in sound decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach in a logistics and construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Record and reconcile all financial transactions including revenues, expenses, and project costs.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier and client reconciliations.
- Oversee project costing and expense tracking for construction and equipment hire projects.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, WHT, SDL, etc.) timely.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in treasury management.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure data accuracy and proper cost allocation.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial information.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics or construction.
- CPA/ACCA certification is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Tanzanian tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in project-based or construction environments is an asset.
POSITION: Quantity Surveyor (1 Post)
Location: Dar es Salaam
Reporting to: General Manager
Position Overview
The Quantity Surveyor will manage all project costs from initial estimates to final accounts, ensuring projects are completed within budget and in compliance with standards and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
- Evaluate and analyze tender documents and contractor quotations.
- Prepare and issue tender documents and contracts.
- Conduct site visits to verify quantities and progress.
- Assess variations, claims, and cost adjustments.
- Prepare interim and final payment certificates.
- Maintain updated project cost records and forecasts.
- Support procurement and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Prepare financial reports and advise management on cost performance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
- Registered or eligible for registration with AQRB.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC/JBC contracts and QS software (e.g., Candy, CostX).
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, accuracy, and independence.
POSITION: Office Administrator (1 Post)
Location: Dar es Salaam
Reporting to: Human Resource & Administration
Position Summary
The Office Administrator ensures smooth daily administrative operations and supports management and staff through coordination, communication, and office management functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and client inquiries.
- Maintain employee files, office records, and documentation.
- Support HR functions such as attendance tracking and onboarding.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and company events.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in report preparation and documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
- Support policy implementation and administrative compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
