Admission Regulations

Successful applicants will only be enrolled once they have paid the necessary university fees and provided documentation of a reliable sponsor.

Employed applicants must sign a contract with the institution that forbids them from working during their study period and show proof of discharge from their jobs before they can register.

All students must enroll in the National Health Insurance Fund or show proof of membership in a similar fund at the time of enrollment.

All new students must attend the orientation program, which usually happens the week before the new school year begins.

While continuing students have until the Friday of the second week after the start of the semester to register, new-year students have four weeks from the first day of orientation week. If a student fails to register on time, they will no longer be regarded as a valid student at MUHAS.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, no student may change their study plan after the Friday of the second week after the first semester begins. Switching from one MUHAS academic program to another or transferring from one institution to MUHAS that the candidate has been assigned by TCU will only be allowed if the student meets the requirements for admission to the academic program for which the transfer is sought and there is a vacancy in that program. TCU will be notified immediately after the transfer.
