You must register at the University (Moshi or KICoB-Shinyanga, depending on the circumstances) by October 21, 2025, in order to begin your studies. Please be advised that failure to register within one week of the designated date will result in the cancellation of your registration. Program and registration requirements:
When you go to the university, you will have to register at the Admissions Office. If you arrive late at night for temporary housing, please report to the Student Accommodation Office.
You will need to provide the following in order to register:
- The paperwork with the initial joining instructions has been filled out and signed.
- Original certifications and transcripts relevant to each session
- For form six leavers, only result slips from forms four and six of 2025 and 2023 are acceptable.
- Original bank pay-in slips attesting to the fact that you have paid your university fees (which contain the fee schedule).
- Passport (for overseas students).
- Original birth certificate.
- Filled out and turned in the enclosed Medical Examination Form.
Please note that:
- You will be registered in the program to which you have been admitted.
- The names you submit on this form must correspond to the certificate or certificates of secondary education you possess.
- If you submit a forged certificate or document, you will be in violation of the law and may be reported to the police for prosecution.
Financial requirements:
- The program’s financial requirements are outlined in the price structure that follows.
- Fees cannot be refunded or applied to another person or academic year once they have been paid.
- You will not be allowed to register if the required fees are not paid.
Student Regulations:
When registering, you must familiarize yourself with the relevant university policies (such as the dress code, student disciplinary policies, and exam policies). The Regulations will provide guidelines for your personal and academic life while you are a student at the university.
Accommodation:
Due to its limited student space, the university cannot provide on-campus housing. You may be able to secure off-campus accommodation with the university’s assistance.
