I am delighted to inform you that you have been admitted to Kampala International University in Tanzania as a privately financed student for the three-year.
You are required to report to the institution on November 9, 2025. Please be aware that there will be a week-long orientation before sessions begin on November 23, 2025. Two weeks following the start of the semester, you must register with the university’s admissions office. The registration process will not be completed if the required tuition and fees are not paid. Therefore, when paying the required fees and taxes, make sure to adhere to the schedules given in this letter.
The foundation of this admission will be the supporting documentation you included with your application. These prerequisites may be checked by our office during the registration process. As a result, when you register, you must present genuine documents confirming the following qualifications.
- Two photocopies of the original Ordinary Level Certificate of Education or its equivalent are included.
- Two photocopies of the original Advanced Level Certificate of Education or a similar document are also included.
- The applicant verification number (AVN), the pertinent original transcripts and diploma certificates, and two photocopies of each, if applicable.
- Four pictures for the passport.
Whether or not they are discovered during registration, any instances of impersonation, document falsification, or giving false or insufficient information will immediately result in the termination of admission and expulsion from the university.
There is a cap on the number of residence halls on campus. For other social and athletic events, however, kids will be kept in different halls. To be assigned to a resident hall, you must report to the university’s dean of students or warden during the registration process.
